ABS-CBN has a new drama afternoon show adapted from the movie of the same title "Kambal sa Uma" or Twins by Attachment which was originally starred by Rio Locsin in 1979.  This drama was based on the komiks creation of Jim Fernandez and Ernie Santiago and the 1970s film by Joey Gosiengfiao. The story is about the twin sisters, Vira (Shaina Magdayao) and Ella (Melissa Ricks) , who have some of the physical features of a rodent. When she was still a baby, Vira was given away by her mother Milagros (Rio Locsin) and ended up in the care of a rich couple in the city. Meanwhile, Ella remained with her mother and lived in the mountains away from the judgmental people. Will they cross their path again and realize that they are twins? I wonder what would happen since I haven't seen the original drama before.
