It was not a surprise why I kept on singing Michael Jackson's songs. He died last Thursday at his LA mansion. I was shocked when I saw the bold print "DEATH OF AN ICON" on Msn.com homepage. I thought it was a joke for that was what my husband thought too. I even searched more and found out he was really dead. I called mom and my friends in Philippines, telling them that the King of Pop is dead. It was 3 hours later after his death that I have learned about it. Telling my friends first before it will be shown on Philippine TV was all in my mind. I was really sad about the news. He was only 50 and still have a lot of things to be done in his life. He just started practicing his upcoming concert which I heard was a final one.

The following days, all his songs were played up to now. I am not really a fanatic, but I had liked his songs. My favorite was Thriller, I liked dancing with this music. Yes he left thiis world but his songs will forever live in our hearts. May he rest in peace.

I am so excited with the Star Magic International Tour. They are celebrating their 17th year anniversary so they will have shows here in USA. All the Star Magic talents will be here like Piolo Pascual, Bea Alonso, Sam Melby, Diether Ocampo, Kristin Hermosa, Kim Chiu, Gerald Anderson, Jake Cuenca and more. It would be great! Unfortunately, the shows are to be held in Ontario and San Francisco, California. It would be 5-7 hours ride from our place. Since I have morning sickness, I can't afford to travel miles away from home.

I did try to search for the tickets at ACheatSeat.com but I couldn't find any. Maybe all tickets are sold out already. I think the show is on June 28, maybe there are no more tickets. Last time, I checked this website also for Divas 4 Divas Tickets. I did find the tickets. Aside from that, more tickets are available in this site. You can search for Miami Dolphins tickets or Philadelphia Eagles Tickets. There are different tickets for different shows, not only for theater but also for sports or games. I just learned playing this game not too long ago. After Bingo, my friends tried another game which was challenging and not boring. Thanks to Mary Ann whom we crowned as the Mahjong queen since she was the one who introduced us to this game.

Every weekend, we look forward to our session. A session that starts in the afternoon and ends at midnight (or later). Time flies so fast every time we play this game and it really takes away boredom and brings entertainment. Playing this game for me makes me forget my morning sickness. I am 7 weeks pregnant now and experiencing neausea and vomiting already. Instead of giving the full attention to these "pains" of my pregnancy, I divert my attention to the game and makes me forget about the feeling. Indeed a special type of theraphy for me. Now I can't wait for our weekend session.

Summer in Bakersfield is really hot. It is just like you are inside the oven. My husband always tell me that I can cook an egg on the pavement during summer. I didn't try it of course. Every summer back in my hometown, we always have a sportsfest. This is to keep students who are having their summer away from drugs. Also, for us to have something to look forward to every day. I love the sports. My brothers and friends used to take home basketball and soccer trophies. I have seen a lot of trophies already aside from the Golf Trophies. I didn't have any relative or friends who played golf.

Aside from my brothers, I also used to play sports. I like volleyball and baseball though I didn't have any volleyball or Baseball Trophies. Our team before tried our best when I was still a student but we didn't get any. We received only when I was already a teacher and became a coach. It was a fun experience. Maybe someday, I might be able to play again and receive some trophies.

I am excited of this year's Kern County Fair. It will be held this September and a lot of people will be entertained again including me. There are lots of displays and exhibits like a trade show exhibit aside from rides and other entertainment available. I am not sure if our office will participate this year because last year, we didn't make it. If we will be able to put up an exhibit too, I would love to have a display like how Gilbert displays.
